Supporting Programme & Tours
During the UEGW 2010 Viajes Iberia Congresos will offer various guided tours in and around Barcelona for participants and their accompanying persons. All tours are accompanied by an English-speaking guide and are subject to change.
Please note that all tours will start and end at the CCIB (Congress Centre).
REMARKS
- Prior to the UEGW 2010, booking is only available online.
- Full payment in advance is required.
- All tours will be conducted in English.
- Exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Viajes Iberia Congresos may incur prices to be subject to changes.
- All prices include the current VAT tax rate (December 2009) and the services mentioned only.
- Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment.
- Your vouchers and receipt will be given to you at the Tours Desk at the Congress venue.
- Cancellations of tours are to be made in writing to Viajes Iberia Congresos.
- All tours are based on a minimum number of 25 participants. Tours will be cancelled if the minimum number is not reached. Full refunds will be available for tours which do not take place.
- Tours cancelled after October 8th cannot be refunded.
- No refund will be possible for included services not taken. Lost or unused tickets cannot be refunded.
- Tours will depart from the CCIB (Congress Centre).
