About the CM CONGRESS MOBILE® Q&A Module

 The Q&A tool of CONGRESS MOBILE® enables the audience to submit questions to a speaker, the chairman, or a panel in real time during a session. This allows to collect, filter and cluster questions in order to present them to the speaker in a well-structured and controlled way, effectively optimizing the notoriously short time-slot for Q&A after each session.

Participants fire off their questions at the time they arise and avoid a personal backlog, while ensuring that all questions will be with the chairman or speaker as soon as the presentations or speech ends.

The benefits of CONGRESS MOBILE® Q&A for participants is to give everyone in the room an equal voice, while optimally utilizing a chairman’s time to process, cluster and order relevant questions. All questions regarding a session are also stored and preserved on server-side and can later be accessed and reviewed online, e.g. as a web forum.
